My daughter and I have a very candid relationship. Because of her, I have forced myself to learn a lot about how the human mind works, as I could see that we were drifting apart.
My relationship with my daughter is very important and I wanted to be there for her, and hence started the journey of growth and reading books to help myself understand her better.
The change in mindset is a slow process for both her and mind, it does not happen overnight nor does it happen in months. We have to give it a few years and stay consistent with the practice, or else our mind will take back its original form. So it’s important to be very conscious and aware of how we are reacting.
If we are on the journey of self-growth, why not continue and see it to the end? Why not find out our true potential and not just live a sub-optimal life? This is a question I ask myself and am taking the opportunity to ask you the same.
