I changed my schedule today. I got up at 4.45 am to go out for a walk with my daughter at 5.00 am. I have realized I love positive habits. I know that it is no fun waking up early to go for a walk to accompany my daughter to help build her endurance for her upcoming Mancha Pravesh.
I heard from her dance teacher that my daughter needed to build stamina and one way of building that is daily walking for one hour. We completed day one. Pray that we do what we need to do without attaching emotions around it. Pray that our health physical and mental supports that. Let’s see how this journey shapes up. It’s all in the mind….
